2026 update — annual licence (“talon”) renewal
2026 licence renewal takes place at the BRC Regional Council building in Varna, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 13:00–15:00.
Renewal for one level (pool or sea): 15.00 EUR / 29.34 BGN · Renewal for two levels (pool and sea): 20.00 EUR / 39.12 BGN

Water rescue course types
The core courses (Young Lifeguard, Pool, Sea) run at the BRC Regional Council in Varna and can be booked online. Senior Lifeguard and Instructor run at the Sozopol base — register in person with the water-rescue specialists.
